Nightly doorstep collection
Residents set out one properly tied bag outside their door before 8 PM on service nights. Alfred collects it from the doorstep and handles it properly. No trips to the compactor in the rain, no bags piling up in breezeways.
Flexible frequency: 4 to 7 nights per week
Service runs 4 to 7 nights per week depending on your property's needs. We build the schedule around your community, not the other way around.
Nightly completion report
Each service night your management team receives a completion report the moment the route closes. Proof of service, every night, without your team having to ask.
Proactive issue reporting
Loose pets, lighting that's out, non-compliant set-outs, overflowing dumpster areas, a compactor that's down and needs service: if the team sees something on the route, management hears about it before it becomes a headache.
A quiet bonus of evening service: Alfred staff are on your property during evening hours several nights a week. An extra set of professional eyes on the community adds a light layer of presence and deterrence, at no added cost.

If we miss a pickup, we double credit.
A missed pickup costs us, not you. You get the credit for the missed service plus the same again. That's the standard we hold ourselves to on service delivery.
2-Hour Callback Guarantee
Call us and you'll hear back within 2 hours during business hours, 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday. This covers how fast a call gets returned. And since Ken answers his own phone, you'll usually hear back much sooner.
W-2 employees, not subcontractors
Every route is run by background-checked W-2 Alfred employees, paid above market. More accountability, more consistency, the same faces on your property.
